Welcome to www.cosffoundation.org (the "Site"), operated by Children’s Oncology Support Fund ("we," "us," or "our"), a California 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN: 88-2690798. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  • Children’s Oncology Support Fund is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor. You will receive a donation receipt via email for your records.

  • Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full payment card information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.

  • We reserve the right to decline or refund a donation at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or error).

3. Volunteer Applications

Submitting a volunteer application through the Site does not guarantee a volunteer placement. We may contact you for additional screening, references, or background checks depending on the role. All volunteer engagements are subject to separate agreements or waivers as applicable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Children’s Oncology Support Fund or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law, unless otherwise noted. Our name and logo are trademarks of Children’s Oncology Support Fund and may not be used without permission.
